Michael Leib signs with the Beursfoon Rockstar Suzuki Team

Rockstar Beursfoon Suzuki team has announced that Michael Leib will be heading back to Europe to compete in the remainder of the MX2 Grand Prix races and some Dutch Nationals.

Michael Leib: "My SX season ended early. At Anaheim 2 Savatgy crashed on the first lap of the main and collected up myself, Sipes and Anstie. I broke the ulna bone in my left forearm in that crash and it has taken longer that expected to heal.

"My dad and I have been preparing to race the AMA Nationals here and I have been talking with Beursfoon for a while. But I decided that I would go back to Europe and take care of some unfinished business. The team at Beursfoon is first class and I think we can give the factory backed teams a good run.

"I have a lot of work ahead of me being off of the bike nearly 4 months now, although I plan to end the 2013 season with a bang. I'm excited for what is to come."

His team-mate Mike Kras participated in the fourth round of the Dutch Open Championship Series in Rhenen for the Beursfoon Rockstar Suzuki Team this morning.
