Woodville 2013

Minis, Juniors and Senior Supprt race on the Saturday the 26th.

On Sunday 27th there are six classes of Grand Prix MX1, Grand Prix MX2, Grand Prix 125cc, Grand Prix Veterans (40yrs+), Grand Prix Womens and the infamous River Races.

Whilst no confirmed entries list is available as yet there are several overseas riders coming.

Kawasaki NZ are bringing out 15 year old Australian Jesse Dobson who was crowned the Australian Champion in the 200-250cc 15yrs Class at the 2012 Australian Junior MX Championship at Coolum -  the title was Jesse’s third National Title.  Jesse will compete in the 14-16yrs 250F Class and MX2.

Jesse also stay on for the NZ Nationals.  In fact, he will be the Pukekohe MCC's Club Day at Harrisville this Sunday.

In GP MX1 Josh Coppins (JCR Yamaha Race Team) had British rider Alex Snow on the podium at the rain effected Summercross and Josh will have an even bigger name at Woodville - Brit GP rider Jake Nicholls,

Australian KTM riders Todd Waters and Kirk Gibbs (formerly CDR Yamaha) will also be there.

Ben Townley (Carlton Dry Honda) will be hard to beat but Cody Cooper (Moto City Suzuki) does well on Woodville's unique terrain.

Crowd favourite is the River Race where riders race down a shallow stream (well mostly always shallow but ....) and part of the MX track. GNCC and OMA Champ Paul Whibley is back in NZ and expected to top the podium.
