New location for the Motocross GP of Brazil
Tuesday 07 February: In two months time the FIM Motocross World Championship will start in Valkenswaard, the Netherlands.
From then onwards there will be up to
sixteen Grand Prix full of great racing and excitement. In the 2012
calendar there are so far three new venues, Beto Carrero, Guadalajara
and Semigorje.

Both Youthstream and
Romagnolli Promotions and Events are committed to provide a great
structure for the Brazilian Grand Prix in order to host the best
motocross riders of the world, who will guarantee an exciting racing
weekend for the passionate Brazilian and international fans who will
gather in Beto Carrero on the 22 May weekend. This year, the Brazilian
Grand Prix goes back to the state of Santa Catarina, a region rich in
natural beauty and tourism in the Brazilian coast.
Beto Carrero, the venue of the GP Brazil, is Latin America’s largest
theme park and it is located in one of the most beautiful locations of
the Brazilian coast, Penha beach, in the North of Santa Catarina. It has
more than 100 attractions, so everybody attending the Brazilian Grand
Prix will not only have the possibility of enjoying the best motocross
racing in the world, but they will also have the opportunity to spend
some time in the theme park.

The track, which will be located within Beto Carrero’s theme park, has
been designed by Youthstream's Greg Atkins and Justin Barclay, and it will be one of
the most characteristic tracks in 2012, not only for its location, but
also for its unique Brazilian soil.
