FIM ISDE 2013 - Day 6: France win the World Trophy
Monday 07 October: French team has been unbeatable. USA second, Salvini brings Italy onto the podium.
World Trophy - A Six-Day dominated from start to
finish. The French Team triumph in the FIM ISDE 2013. Their best man,
Antoine Meo, did not shine today in the EICMA Final Motocross in Tempio,
but he still finished in first place ranking in the E3 class. Next to
him, the excellent results obtained by his teammates, starting with
Pierre Alexandre Renet and Johnny Aubert, 2nd and 3rd in the final
standings of the E2, closing with Jeremy Joly , 2nd in E1. Second place
in the World Trophy to the Americans, with third place in the final
standings of E3 by Michael Brown. Third step of the podium gets to
Italy, which after the bad luck of the early days did not give up. Alex
Salvini won the motocross final in E2 class, but Italy is not only Alex,
because for the podium was the decisive contribution of the whole team,
starting with Thomas Oldrati, 4th in the final standings of the E1, and
Monni and Philippaerts, 5th and 6th in final ranking of E3.
Standings: France 21h 56’ 32’’, USA +3’ 51’’, Italy +13’ 33’’.
Junior World Trophy - Another victory for France,
taking home a one-two victory which demonstrates their value. Frontman
of the new champions Loic Larrieau, which closes in 6th place the final
ranking of E2. Behind the French boys Italy Team, which conquered the
place of honor thanks to Giacomo Redondi, 5th in the final standings of
the E1. Third step of the podium for Britain.

Women World Trophy – The Women Trophy has been
conquered by Australian Team leading by Jessica Gardiner. Second place
to Sweden. Third place to France, with Italian trio closes in 5th place.
