The 2010 season has been a weird year with basically some mega highlights mixed with injuries !

After an awesome 2009 where I won the Australian Motocross Championship and my second National Supercross Championship I was signed to race for Rockstar Makita Suzuki for the 2010 AMA Supercross and Motocross seasons, but I had a gnarly crash at the final Australian Supercross round and hurt my back just weeks before I was going to America. This sidelined me for the Supercross season which was a massive downer.

It was still a great experience to be amongst it at the AMA Supercross races but because I couldn't race, it made it difficult too. I decided to have surgery on an old wrist injury so it would be right for the Motocross season. The surgery did not go as planned and come the Motocross races I was struggling to hold onto the 450. So basically my American season was ruined by bad luck and injury, so I've come back to Australia to rebuild and win another Supercross Championship for Suzuki.

So far it is going really well. I am racing with my twin brother Jake for Team Rockstar Motul Suzuki. Jake is on the RM-Z450 and I'm on the RM-Z250. I have worked with Jay Foreman, our Team Manger, for years. We have won three Championships together and I am pumped to try and win another one.

After two rounds I am leading the Championship by 18 points. The last round we clean-swept all three races. It was even better because Mike Kelso from Rockstar USA was out to watch the races and we put the bike on top of the box.

The next round is in Tasmania this weekend, then we head to New Zealand for two rounds, followed by the last two rounds in Sydney and Brisbane. It will be tough to win three Supercross Championships in a row but we have the bike and team to do it.
