2011 Pukekohe Classic Festival

Classic Motorcycle Festival enthusiasts at Pukekohe in February will get the chance to see over 300 bikes from the 1920's to 1975 of British, European and American origin.

A huge programme of over 50 races and parades the event is recognised as the finest gathering of Classic Racing Motorcycles in the Southern Hemisphere.

Riders will be attending from the United States, Japan, Australia and the UK.


Classic Motorcycle Festival enthusiasts at Pukekohe on 06 Feb will get the chance to hear the sounds of 26 litres of V12 Rolls Royce Merlin in Doug Brooker's Mk IX Spitfire and 27 litre of V12 Allison V-1710 in Frank Parker’s P40E Kittyhawk during lunchtime on the Sunday only.

A 15 minute aerobatic display is planned for two of the most iconic planes of the Second World War, weather and planes permitting.
