With Motocross of Nations right around the corner ‘MSC Teutschenthal’ organised a team presentation and press day for their Team Germany Champions;  Max Nagl, Ken Roczen and Dennis Ullrich.

In doing so Team Germany touched on the experience and emotion of winning last year in the brutal sand of Lommel, Belgium, as well as expressed their excitement of defending the Chamberlain Trophy this year on home soil. Although the team is not exactly the same as that of last year due to Marcus Schiffer obtaining an injury, Max, Ken and Dennis still remain confident that they can achieve a podium finish.

Ken Roczen, former MX2 World Champion, has spent the last two years living and racing in America and is more than thrilled to return home for this event. "I am confident,” Roczen said, "I think a podium finish is feasible. We will give one hundred percent and support our new team member Dennis. I distinctly remember the feeling of winning last year, it was such a good feeling and I hope to feel it again.”

Max Nagl also remembers the feeling of winning last year and would love to do it again this year, especially for the German fans. "It’s not going to be easy, partly because Dennis is new to this event and partly because we will have the pressure of being in our home country, but on the other hand, being at home is also an advantage! We can hear the fans more than our own bikes. We will give everything we can, just like we did last year in Lommel. Hopefully it brings a good result”

The team’s newcomer Dennis Ullrich added "We are all very good riders, but I know there will be also other nations that can ride fast on the hard pack terrain. No matter what, we will fight for the podium”

Team manager Hubert Nagl concluded: "the most important thing for the team is to have three fighters. We achieved that last year, which ended in a perfect result. I hope the same for this year.”
