13-14 November is the 2nd Berm Buster in Wainui forest this year with the first 2 Day taking place in May with over 500 riders cranking on the wide variety of trails.

Special features of Berm Buster include an Adult MX style track close to the base, fantastic kids and novice forest tracks, some fantastic views of Lake Taupo all in an elevated sub alpine environment.

Changes from May include the insertion of 4 more Expert only trails, most of which have been added to the SHORT and MEDIUM trails. This means Berm Buster has a grand total of 8 EXPERT trails which I believe is the highest amount of Expert trails in any Epic Event. Remember Expert trails are rideable by the top 50% of riders, and reducing to the top 20% of riders if really wet.

We have also added the OUTBACK trail which is an elevated and twisting trail about 3km long towards the end of the Long track. The Adult MX track has been groomed with better jumps and berms and the base has had some more work to accommodate more vehicles.
