Nick SaundersHi everyone, sorry it’s been so long since I dropped in, it’s of great sponsors and supporters behind me heading into the 2012/2013 campaign - been a pretty hectic past few months. The race season is now here and I am super excited to have a bunch The Waikato Championship was held over the weekend in Te Kuiti, an awesome layout and the club did a great job prepping the track. Throughout the day I grabbed some good starts and put down some consistent laps to finish the day in second place behind Ben Townley. There wasn’t the normal depth in the field but I feel I have made some big gains in the past few weeks with fitness and speed. In 10 days time is the first real big race of the season being the Auckland MX Champs, I feel like I am heading in the right direction and will be looking for another podium finish here.
